Made to order
Our fidget toys are made to order and ship within one month of placing your order. Carrier delivery time is additional.
Returns & refunds
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Used items are eligible.
Changed your mind?
You pay return postage. Once we receive the returned item, we refund the item price you actually paid. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We cover return postage. If you choose to return it for a refund, we refund the full order amount, including original shipping.
Our standard return window ends 30 days after delivery. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
Repairs & additions
Repairs for any damage are free when requested within 30 days of delivery.
For damage that occurs after delivery, you pay shipping to us, and we cover shipping the repaired item back to you. For an item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover shipping both ways when a repair is arranged.
Repairs requested more than 30 days after delivery are charged. Additions and upgrades cost extra, including during the first 30 days.
